During Pokémon Presents on Pokémon Day, developer Game Freak announced new major installments for the Pokémon game series. The ninth generation games are called Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet and will be available on Nintendo Switch at the end of this year.
Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are set in a new area whose name is not yet known. The games obviously have an open world in which Pokémon roam, as was the case in Pokémon Legends: Arceus and parts of Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield.
The designs and names of the three new starters, the Pokemon players begin their adventure in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, have also been shared. These are, left to right, Sprigatito (grass), Fuecoco (fire), and Quaxly (water).
A demo for F-Zero was reportedly already completed but never released.
That reports a former employee at Nintendo. The original title was G-Zero and later became Zero Racers, and is said to have been developed for the Virtual Boy. As this mobile was a financial failure, the game was never released.
In a conversation with Did You Know Gaming, former Nintendo of America employee Jim Wornell revealed that the game is already over. “As a Producer, I wrote scripts for the screen, manual and game box, took screenshots, supervised the debugging and approval process, and communicated with [Nintendo] “NCL and I have worked in marketing,” Warnell said.
Microsoft and Playground Games announced that the new update for Forza Horizon 5 today adds support for American Sign Language and British Sign Language.
With the update, 150 filmmakers in the racing game will be equipped with sign language. Players can activate the option by going to Settings > Accessibility > Sign Language Picture-in-Picture.
After that, a small screen with a sign language translator will appear, which the player can drag across the screen. In the options, players can also specify their preference for ASL (American Sign Language) or BSL (British Sign Language).
Sid Meyer, an industry veteran and builder of civilization, spoke out against NFT’s game makers’ focus on making money in an interview.
Ahead of Civilization’s 30th anniversary, Sid Meier spoke to BBC News, and shared a warning with the rest of the game industry. According to Mayer, the developers are starting to forget the most important element of the games: the gameplay.
“The real challenge and the real opportunity is to focus on the style of play,” says Meyer. “That’s the unique, special, and attractive thing about video games as a form of entertainment.”
A mod has been released for the PC version of Elden Ring which allows the game to be paused.
It is common for players not to be able to pause FromSoftware games – the games have some online features that make this difficult. In addition, the absence of a pause button creates an additional uncomfortable atmosphere.
So the newly released Elden Ring can’t be paused, even when it’s only played offline. However, on PC, players can now install a mod that allows the game to be paused.
It looks like Assassin’s Creed Ezio Auditore da Firenze is coming to Fortnite as a playable character.
Data miners figured it out. Associated items are also found, such as an ax based on Hidden Blade and emote.
Ezio has yet to be officially announced in Fortnite. It is not yet known when the skin will come to the game. Epic may announce this soon.
A possible successor to the Nintendo Switch has been leaked via Nvidia.
Recently, a large-scale cyber attack was carried out on Nvidia, which resulted in the leaking of all kinds of details surrounding the company. Since Nvidia is the developer of chips for the Nintendo Switch, a chip for a successor may also be leaked.
For example, there are folders that talk about “nvn2”. The code name used for the original adapter is “nvn”. Although this does not directly confirm that a successor to the Transformer is being worked on behind the scenes, it seems likely. If the project hints at a new Switch console, this console may also support ray tracing and DLSS 2.2. Obtain.
Sucker Punch Productions may be working on a sequel to Ghost of Tsushima, assuming some new job opportunities.
The developer has vacancies on their website for a senior combat designer and technical combat designer. Both jobs require the potential employee to have played Ghost of Tsushima and to be familiar with the in-game gameplay systems. While this isn’t necessarily a confirmation that the Ghost of Tsushima sequel is in the works, the description seems to suggest it is.
In an open letter on social media, the Prime Minister of Ukraine asked PlayStation and Xbox to temporarily stop all support for the Russian and Belarusian markets.
This came in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine that began last week. The open letter was posted on Twitter by Prime Minister Mikhailo Fedorov. He has flagged down both PlayStation and Xbox, but he speaks to all of the companies and organizations within the gaming industry.
Fedorov asks if “all Russian and Belarusian accounts can be banned.” In addition, Fedorov would also like to see all Russian teams and players temporarily banned from international esports events.
Electronic Arts removes all Russian teams from recently released FIFA and NHL games.
This means that all Russian clubs, as well as national teams, will be excluded from Fifa 22, Fifa Mobile, Fifa Online and NHL 22. The company confirmed this via Twitter.
The reason for the dismissal of the Russian national teams is to show solidarity with the Ukrainian people. The country has been under attack by Russia since last week.
