The impression photos on Funda look nice, but there’s a small caveat: they don’t look like that yet. Currently, the space is still used as an office, but all permits are ready to be converted into a dream apartment. “A stunning project,” as real estate agent Emil du Croix Timmermans calls it.
Nearly 1.4 million
The space is for sale for 1,395,000 euros – after which the renovation has not yet begun. Not everything has become more expensive: previously this project had a price tag of almost two tons. The house will soon have a living space of 338 square meters. The intention, of course, is to preserve the details and elements characteristic of Neo-Gothic. An architect has already made a complete design of the church, as evidenced by this impression.
