Independence Day in the United States is always surrounded by joy and celebration. Independence Day is widely celebrated on 4th July. On Independence Day everyone is free and congratulates each other.

But now that the Supreme Court has decided just before the festivities to curtail all forms of abortion rights, many are up in arms. Various medical acts – which could save women – are now punishable, but constitutionally speaking, women’s health standards are reduced and participation in one’s own body is removed.

So the Supreme Court’s judgment has an impact on women’s rights. It’s a throwback in time for women’s rights. This is impossible and many celebrities use their platform in newspapers and social media to point this out to others. Others protest in the streets.
