Women’s European Championship
Germany will be the opponent of England in the final of dreams. The German women put France aside in the semi-finals thanks to two goals from captain and top scorer Alexandra Pope. The match will take place on Sunday at the legendary Wembley Stadium.

A team that has yet to concede a goal against a team that has scored nearly 80 chances in this European Championship. The semi-final between Germany and France had all the ingredients for a great spectacle.
The French ladies started the match with the highest stakes. The Germans were already facing hotter fires and quickly defused any possibility.
With a superb free kick Germany made an answer but the goalkeeper blocked the opening goal. It followed shortly before the end of the first half: Bob appeared in front of her defender and controlled her fifth goal against the ropes.

No problem for a German woman, until Diane conjured a thunderbolt off her foot in a clear sky. Unfortunately, goalkeeper Froms managed to pass the ball across the post on her back, so that the goal was awarded to her.
Germany looked upset and played football after the break. France accumulated opportunities, but forgot to eliminate them.
Then Alexandra Pope thought it was time to teach a competency lesson. It attacked a high cross with its head, and indefensibly hit the skin with the ropes. The sixth goal of the German top scorer in the European Championship: Good for a ticket to Wembley.
