Microsoft suggested a set of extensions. Adaptive accessories can help people with disabilities.
Series The accessories are designed for and through people with disabilities, according to Microsoft. Among the products there is a mouse, various types of buttons, and a hub for connecting buttons. The mouse itself is a flat square, but it can be adjusted by adding a wrist rest or a thumb rest. The thumb support can be placed on either side of the mouse, making it suitable for both right- and left-handed users.
There are three different types of buttons in the product range. One has a joystick, one has a button with two share buttons and the third has a d-pad or a four-point push button. All buttons are wireless and connected to the Adaptive Hub, which can also be used for non-Microsoft PC accessories accessible via 3.5mm connections. There are eight types of input for each button that you can program by yourself for the most convenient user experience.
