beta in china
Microsoft PC Manager is now available in beta at pcmanager.microsoft.com. The page is written in Chinese, which makes it likely that Microsoft will initially test the tool among Chinese users.
The program’s interface is divided into two parts: a cleaning section for various system optimizations and a security section for scanning malware and browsers.

The cleanup section contains four tools to optimize Windows computers by checking for unnecessary files, difficult processes, rarely used applications, and programs that increase the operating time of the operating system.
The Health Check tool analyzes the device for viruses, unwanted files (similar to the current Windows Disk Cleanup program), and potential problems. Storage Manager allows scanning of the device for large files (Windows Search), temporary files (Storage Sensor), and rarely used programs.
The release date of PC Manager is unknown.
