Visibly affected, 54-year-old Dion explains in the video message that she has had health problems for a long time. She stated that recentlycruel personSyndrome, a rare condition in which muscles become stiff. Due to this disease, Dion “cannot use her vocal cords” as she would like.
“I am deeply saddened to tell you today that I will not be ready to resume my European tour in February,” she added. According to Dion, she has an “excellent team of doctors” on her side.
