Sega’s COO dismisses rumors of a Microsoft deal

Microsoft Corporation is the world’s leading designer, developer and marketer of computer software and server operating systems. The group is also developing activity in building and selling computers. Net sales are broken down by activity as follows: – Sales of operating systems and application development tools (46.5%): mainly for servers (Azure, SQL Server, Windows Server, Visual Studio, System Center, GitHub, etc.) and small computers (Windows ); – Developing cloud-based software applications (22.6%): software packages for productivity (Microsoft 365; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher, Access), for integrated management and CRM (Dynamics 365), for Internet file sharing and management (OneDrive ), and for clear and collaborative communication (Skype and Microsoft Teams); – Game hardware and software sales (8.2%): including Xbox; – business services (3.7%); – sales of computers, tablets and accessories (3.5%); Others (15.5%). 50.5% of sales take place in the United States.
