The face of “Temptation Island” gave an interview to “Allures,” a talk show from Dutch YouTube channel Rumag, in early January. In it, she talks about her taxes: “If you declare your taxes correctly, half is gone. I just think it’s unfair. I was already planning to move to Dubai anyway, because my brother is already there, and he’s simply tax-free there.” This statement cost her dearly, because not long after, she was yanked out of bed on charges of tax fraud.
But fortunately for Meghan, the consequences don’t seem so bad. “The investigation is almost done, they just have to tick the i and cross the t,” says Desaiver, who has meanwhile paid part of her back taxes. “My father opened a restaurant in my name (…) and declared bankruptcy. So everything I earned before that falls under bankruptcy. This declaration only relates to the past year, which was easy to catch. So I actually got away pretty well.”
Megan, who is still active on OnlyFans, says she’s learned from her mistakes. But she has no intention of leaving her channel, despite admitting that creating the content is actually “awful.” “It’s weird when you take pictures of your naked body with your cell phone. I may not look shy, but I am very shy in everyday life.” She does not want to reveal exactly how much she earns from her flashy photos, but the amount is said to be about 50,000 euros.
