So the couple went to Hasselt Assize Court to claim compensation. One of 184,808.46 euros to be exact. Their neighbor across the street was sentenced to a suspended prison sentence by the judge, but a court expert was waiting for compensation. Was he able to measure the damage in the meantime? Has peace finally returned to Heusden-Zolder?
