The inspiration for “Chez Pascale” came during the Corona years. “After that period when we all had to live very closely together, I thought it was time for a book of festive dishes. I like to invite people myself. As a hostess, I think it’s important to be able to sit with you at the table, So I always keep it simple.” The recipes stay true to her vision of healthy food, so you don’t have to be afraid of those party pounds. “With my way of eating, you can stay slim. Natural products make you feel full. “I even eat sweets, and I don’t deny myself anything,” says Pascale.
She also wants to inspire people not only through her cookbooks, but also through her online platform to live a healthier life. “At Go Pure, people get healthy recipes and great interviews for a whole week,” says Pascale. “I interview seven experts, including kinesiologist Tom De Priest, about how your body remembers what you’ve forgotten. We talk with other experts about sleep, nutrition, sugar… With personal trainer Sippy Hanuset, we talk about breathing properly and cold stimuli. I want to share. This wonderful knowledge is with everyone who wants to live more consciously.
