The first ship picks up grain in Ukraine after the contract expires

For the first time since the expiration of the grain deal, a cargo ship has reached Ukraine and left the country with grain. The ship is now on its way to the Bosphorus, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov said on Facebook today.

It is about a ship named Resilient Africa with 3,000 tonnes of wheat on board. The ship arrived at the port of Chornomorsk (Odessa region) on Saturday, as did Aroyat. These are the first ships to reach Ukraine through the temporary corridor set up by Ukraine as the grain deal expires. They were to transport a total of 20,000 tons of wheat to Africa and Asia.

Ukraine: Lviv attacked by drones, at least one injured

Two people were rescued from the rubble, the regional military administration said. They are a woman who appears unharmed and a man with serious injuries. Lviv is close to the border with Poland and is considered one of the safest cities in the country. But Lviv has been attacked more often recently. Grossi said the IAEA had not observed any shelling of the factory. IAEA experts have been staying there on a permanent basis since September last year. “But I weigh my words carefully,” he added.

The September 6 rocket attack on the eastern Ukrainian city of Kozdjandynivka was not carried out by the Russian military, The New York Times reported. The devastating attack was most likely caused by a Ukrainian air defense missile launched from a Pak launch system.

The paper concludes this after analyzing evidence such as missile fragments, satellite images, witness statements and social media posts.
