“You can’t do this, you’ve been samba on the slopes!” The 23-year-old skating talent suddenly announces her retirement | Alpine skiing

Lukas Bräthen (23) won the World Cup in slalom last season. He will not defend his title

Today, he announced his retirement. “I’m resigning, I’m done with it,” he told ski reporters in Sölden, where the first World Cup competition is scheduled to take place this weekend.

“I want to follow my dreams,” Brathen continued. “Now that I have made this decision, I feel liberated.”

Brathen is the son of a Norwegian father and a Brazilian mother. With his fashionable clothing style and painted fingernails, he brought the brewery to life.

On a sporting level, Marathin achieved five World Cup victories.

Lucas’s teammates reacted with disbelief to the farewell.

“You can’t do that,” answers French skater Yohan Clary. “Guys like you are so important to our sport. Hopefully that won’t be permanent.”

Braathen has been at loggerheads with the Norwegian Ski Federation for some time. He recently promoted another clothing brand.

“If that’s the case, I’ll marry you,” says former world champion Felix Neureuther. “And then you can skate to Germany.” “My wife won’t mind.”

“Oh, no. We need your samba on the slopes,” says Italian Christoph Innerhofer.
