Stacey Americas • Stacey goes to America by being founded by WarehouseTotal

Stasi sets its sights on America by establishing an American branch. The move follows Amware's recent acquisition of Fulfillment.

Staci Americas, part of the Staci Group, which sought to acquire Bpost last year, leverages its parent company's global reach to deliver superior quality service, volume and value to its American customers. Growth in the region continues, the company said.

Growth supported by a global team of more than 700 people operating out of 18 warehouses spanning more than 3 million square feet, the company will continue to expand in the US and internationally.

Harry Trajbuch will step down as Stacey Americas CEO, Amware Logistics, effective February 7, 2024. Effective immediately, Chad Warsecha and Johanna Buta have been named managing directors of Stacey Americas. Chad Warzecha will be Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Johanna Pudda will be Chief Transformation Officer (CTO).

Warzecha: “There has never been a better time to be part of this great global organization. The creation of Staci Americas unlocks potential for all of our stakeholders while delivering on our commitment to an obsessive focus on customer experience.
