FamousNow that he has had to leave the marital home he shared with Kim Kardashian, 40, Kanye West, 44, has bought a new home in California. According to the New York Post, the rapper deposited $57.25 million (nearly €49 million) for a beach house in Malibu. For West, it is an art building where he wants to raise his children, but some see it more as a military bunker.
Despite the hefty sale price, not all of Kim and Kanye’s kids will get their own rooms in their dad’s new home. The 372-square-foot villa has only four bedrooms, one for rappers and three for North (8), Saint (5), Chicago (3), and Psalm (2). In addition, there are also five bathrooms in the house. The stylish property is not only right on the beach, but also has a great view of the Pacific Ocean.

The house consists of three floors, each with its own function. The lower floor of the concrete house contains three guest rooms, the middle floor is a public living area and the upper floor is for the master of the house, Kanye West himself. The house has been on the market since May 2020, but it has not been sold for a long time because it is a very specific architectural style. The sculpture-like house contains what looks like a military bunker.

In addition to his new mansion, Kanye also owns a ranch in Wyoming and the home he grew up in in Chicago. He and Kim owned a property built in the elegant Hidden Hills near Los Angeles. After the divorce, she will continue to live there, according to TMZ, because she has several relatives nearby. The new Kanye estate is only about 30 minutes’ drive from the Hidden Hills complex.
