Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made a joke about Russian President Vladimir Putin during a press conference in Kiev on Sunday. The audience asked him what he would do if Putin called him in the evening. Zelensky responded: “How can he contact me? He doesn't have a cell phone.”
