On instructions from King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, Morocco joined international efforts to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza, following the example of Jordan, Egypt, the United States, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. These countries contribute to providing emergency aid to the Palestinians in the conflict-affected area.

Morocco deployed six Hercules C-130 transport aircraft to transport humanitarian aid to Gaza, I24News reported. According to X's account Moroccan intelligenceMorocco, by order of King Mohammed VI, assumed the task of providing aid to the residents of Gaza.

Moroccan Air Force planes have already left for Israel. After stopping to refuel at Ben Gurion Airport, they will head to the northern Gaza Strip, which was subjected to heavy bombardment. The shipment consists of food and medical supplies, scheduled to be dropped in the most affected areas.

In November, Morocco already carried out a humanitarian mission to Gaza, transporting 25 tons of food, water, medicines and other medical products on two military aircraft. These planes landed at Al-Arish Airport in eastern Egypt. Thanks to the partnership with the Egyptian Red Cross, aid was able to reach the Gaza Strip.
