DRECHTSTEDEN – Mothers from Drechtsteden with children with autism are very welcome to the (free) Mama Vita meeting on Monday 8 April from 9:30 am to 11:30 am at the Kubiek Community Centre, Zwaluwstraat 1 in Zwijndrecht. This morning's topic is space for yourself.
During this workshop, Evelyn will tell us more about why taking care of yourself is important, especially if you play a caring role in your family. It helps you identify what you need, what makes you happy and what you don't currently enjoy. You'll also discover what the first step could look like for you, so you can get started on your own.
Evelyn has been interested in what it means to be fully yourself for years. Of course, she was also able to take the necessary steps herself. She's a mother of two gifted daughters, one of whom is also autistic, so she's well aware that taking care of yourself isn't always easy. During this workshop, she will be happy to share her knowledge and experience with you, so that you too can take a step forward.
In short, if you're ready for some self-care, we'd love to see you at the workshop.
You can register by sending an email to [email protected]. Mama Vita hopes to meet you on April 8 in Quebec.
