Capcom reports that colorful RPG Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin has surpassed 2 million copies sold. In the past three months, 100,000 new copies have been sold.
For a spin-off, selling 2 million copies is pretty good. Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin will be released in 2021 for Nintendo Switch and PC. Since last week, Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin is also playable on PlayStation 4. This game can also be played on PlayStation 5 via backward compatibility.
The story in Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin is central, while the main Monster Hunter games revolve around action-packed gameplay. Combat in Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin is turn-based, comparable to a Pokémon RPG. The story is very deep and the game has a lot of content to keep you entertained for hours.
