While the European championships are still in full swing, Belgian teams are already preparing for the new season. And they sometimes end up in each other’s path. This week is no different.
For example, KVC Westerlo are about to complete a transfer worth millions. For example, they will pay at least four million euros for half of the transfer rights of Amin Bayram. He comes permanently from Galatasaray in Turkey.
The Turks had previously rejected an offer of €2.5 million, so De Kemphanen has now made a new, larger offer, according to Fanatic. This should permanently reduce it.
Increase supply on perm
According to other Turkish sources, Bayram was supposed to have already signed with Westerlo, where he was already on loan last season. However, nothing has happened yet. The Gamecocks have Turkish owners and this of course makes the negotiations a little easier.
Several other teams have had the player on their radar in recent months. There were also a number of the best players in our national competition who played for Perm. Both Anderlecht and Club Brugge wanted to sign him.
Bayram had an excellent year with the Kemvanen team last season. The Turkish defender is now worth four million euros and has played a total of 24 games for Westerlo and made a big impression on the team bosses. Now an extended adventure seems possible.
