In an Instagram post earlier this week, Ralf Schumacher, Michael Schumacher’s younger brother, announced that he has a friend. Fernando Alonso and Lewis Hamilton are welcoming the message from their former Formula 1 teammate.
“The best thing in life is when you have the right partner with whom you can share everything,” Ralf Schumacher, 49, wrote on Instagram.
The man next to him in the photo is Etienne, his French manager. The two have been a couple for several years.

Hamilton: ‘Very positive message’
Ralf Schumacher received praise for his exit, also from 7-time world champion Lewis Hamilton.
“He must not have felt comfortable expressing himself in recent years,” the Mercedes driver believes.
“Now is the time where there is no need to fear that,” Hamilton says.
“I think it’s a very positive message that will inspire others to do the same.”
Other Formula 1 drivers are also supporting Michael Schumacher’s younger brother.
“He has my respect and therefore the respect of the entire Formula 1 world,” Fernando Alonso replied.
