Dutch cryptocurrency analyst Sherif Lotfy recently shared his predictions for the cryptocurrency market in 2025 via his personal account. Instagram account “studiocrypto.nl’. Lotfi shares a bright future for many cryptocurrencies – with Bitcoin (BTC) taking an absolute lead.
Bitcoin remains the leader
According to Al-Lufi, the price of Bitcoin, which is currently around $59,600, could rise to $150,000 by 2025. He supports his prediction with three main factors:
- The fixed supply of 21 million Bitcoins that will one day be in circulation
- Increased interest from institutional investors and countries

Ethereum and other altcoins
For Ethereum (ETH), Lotfy expects a more moderate growth, with a potential increase from $2,608 currently to $3,900 in 2025. He asserts that Ethereum is following Bitcoin and points to the launch of ETFs. Furthermore, Lotfy emphasizes that Ethereum is essential for layer-two solutions such as Optimism (OP) and Base.
Other altcoins in Lotfi’s forecast include:
- Solana (SOL): $141 to $199. Lotfy points to the many innovations included in Solana’s roadmap and its ongoing collaboration and integration with other partners.
- Ton: $6.5 to $8.5. Lotfi sees potential in the open network due to its potential 900 million users, lack of competition, and connectivity to Telegram.
Memecoins like PEPE remain interesting
Lotfy’s interest in meme coins is eye-catching. He predicts that the Trump-related MAGA coin will rise from $2.75 to $4. Lotfy bases this prediction on his expectation that Trump will win the election, which will of course have a positive impact on Trump-related meme coins.
For PEPE, Lotfy expects a rise below $0.0000007 to $0.0000010. He notes that PEPE is benefiting from the hype of Bitcoin and memecoin, but is not fundamentally strong.

Although Lotfy’s predictions are based on market analysis and factors specific to each cryptocurrency, investors remain cautious. The cryptocurrency market remains subject to various influences, including regulations and technological developments.
