The coronavirus self-assessment tool, which can be accessed via mijnhealth.belgie.be, was not accessible on Sunday evening. This way the residents can get a test code. The Passenger Locator Form (PLF) cannot be filled out online at this time. FPS Public Health confirms that there are problems. “There is a malfunction with Smals IT, and technicians are working to resolve it,” spokeswoman Wendy Lee said.

The MijnGezondheid website itself is also nearly empty. The site collects various links and information about the coronavirus, among other things, such as a self-assessment tool. This tool should relieve the pressure on GPs who are asking for too much. Since 3 November, anyone with mild symptoms of corona can complete a self-assessment via mijngezondheid.belgie.be and – if necessary – generate an activation code to take the corona test for free at the pharmacist or at the test centre.

In addition, it is also impossible to fill out the online PLF form on a Sunday evening. The paper form can still be found via info-coronavirus.be, another government website. If you urgently need to fill out this form, you can print it there and then fill it out. Wendy Lee, a spokeswoman for FPS Public Health, notes that the form can be completed 180 days, and therefore six months, in advance.
