Warning spoilers! This week we say goodbye to a woman for the first time in “The Masked Singer.” This ends the butterfly story. Some investigators also got it right for the first time. “It’s such a shame to be the first woman to graduate, but I’m so glad I participated.”
The future butterfly had to compete with the hippopotamus on Friday. She did it with her own version of the dance hit Crazy what love can do by David Guetta & Becky Hill & Ella Henderson. In retrospect, the song turned out to be an obvious piece of advice, because behind the mask was none other than DJ, influencer and singer Anouk Mattoon (30).
With her departure, Mattoon is the first female dropout from the show. “I was very disappointed when I realized this,” Mattoon says. “But I am so glad I got involved. I got so much love from the investigators and the public. It gives a lot of confidence.”
The adventure of the “Masked Singer” ends here for Mattoon, but her singing career has yet to begin Catch. “I enjoyed the singing lessons and the performances so much that I went straight to the studio after my engagement,” Mattoon says. “I would like to develop my singing career. On March 10, my first Dutch-language single “Neem ik je mee” will be released, and maybe it will be the beginning of my Dutch-language career.
