A screenshot on Chinese social media platform BiliBili appears to show Intel’s upcoming Raptor Lake CPU lineup. To detect. It comes in 14 models in total, from Core i3-13100 to Core i9-13900K.
According to the image, the Core i9 will come in four variants: i9-13900, i9-13900F, i9-13900K, and i9-13900KF. The letter “K” stands for unlocked (overclockable) versions, and the “F” versions do not have an integrated GPU.
clock speed | TDP | nuclei | cache
i9-13900 (/P) | 2 GHz | 65 watts | 8p + 16e | 36 MB |
i9-13900 K (/KV) | 3 GHz | 125 watts | 8p + 16e | 36 MB |
There are also four Core i7s, with 8 p-cores, 16 e-cores, and 30MB of cache:
clock speed | TDP | nuclei | cache
i7-13700 (/F) | 2.1 GHz | 65 watts | 8p + 8e | 30 megabytes |
i7-13700 K (/KV) | 3.4 GHz | 125 watts | 8p + 8e | 30 megabytes |
The i5 comes in five variants, according to the list, four of which have 6 p-cores, 8 e-cores, and 24MB of cache. The i5-13400 has fewer cores, 4 bits, and a smaller 20MB cache:
clock speed | TDP | nuclei | cache
i5-13600 K (/KV) | 3.5 GHz | 125 watts | 6p + 8e | 24 MB |
i5-13600 | 2.7 GHz | 65 watts | 6p + 8e | 24 MB |
i5-13500 processor | 2.5 GHz | 65 watts | 6p + 8e | 24 MB |
i5-13400 | 2.5 GHz | 65 watts | 6p + 4e | 20 MB |
The i3-13100 alone is on the list, with 4 performance cores, no efficiency cores, and 12MB of cache:
clock speed | TDP | nuclei | cache
i3-13100 | 3.4 GHz | 60 watts | 4p + 0e | 12 megabytes |
As usual, this “leak” should be taken with a grain of salt. The current Alder Lake generation consists of 26 models, 5 of which are different i3s.
AMD will announce the Ryzen 7000 series at the end of this month, with delivery expected next month. So it won’t be long before Intel officially unveils its 13th generation CPUs.
