GPU Angstronomics news site has it all List of alleged specifications From AMD’s upcoming Navi 31, 32 and 33 GPU chips that have been put online. The chips will soon be found in the RX 7000 series of video cards for desktop and laptop computers.
The Navi 31 will likely be in the RX 7900 XT and 7800 XT. Internally referred to as “plum bonito”, it is apparently a Japanese fish dish with peaches. The chip contains 96 arithmetic units, 96 MB of cache, and a 384-bit memory bus (gddr6). The cache appears to be significantly less than 192MB than previous rumors.
The Navi 32 is a smaller version of the 31, which will be released in 2023. The chip, codenamed “Wheat Nas”, is supposed to be part of the RX 7700 XT (already mentioned TechPowerUp 7800 XT), but it will also be found in high-end mobile GPUs. The 32 has 60 arithmetic units, 64 MB of cache, and a 256-bit memory bus (gddr6).
Then we have Navi 33, Hotpink Bonefish (which will also be a Japanese fish dish), which will be in mobile GPUs and possibly also the RX 7600 XT. The chip contains 32 compute units, 32 MB of cache, and a 128-bit DDR6 memory bus. The Navi 33 will be just as fast as Intel’s Arc A770, but at half the price with much lower power consumption.
We don’t know yet what these (alleged) performance specs will ultimately deliver. The RX 7000 cards are expected to be introduced later this year; If we are to believe @greymon55 before mid-November.
The Navi 21 . chip (In the RX 6950 XT, among others).
