An American executed (35) for a shooting that killed four | abroad

Gilbert Postel, 35, was executed in the US state of Oklahoma. He was sentenced to death for killing four people with three others in 2005 in the context of a family dispute.

Postel with his father, brother and fourth companion wanted to take revenge in 2005 on the man who, according to them, caused a motorcycle accident. His father was seriously injured.

The quartet went to this man’s house and fired. Postel, who was only nineteen years old, shot two people who were trying to escape. A total of four people were killed.

The court found Postelle’s father insane due to his mental problems. He died in 2006. The brother was sentenced to life in prison and the fourth offender was sentenced to six years in prison for cooperating with investigators.

Postel herself was sentenced to death. His request for pardon fell on deaf ears. He was given a lethal injection in McAllister Prison.
