ARK Invest CEO: “Bitcoin price in 2030 at $1 million”

If you ask Cathie Wood, CEO of ARK Invest, Bitcoin will reach $1 million each before 2030. In an interview with the New Zealand Herald on March 7, Wood spoke about her “new predictions” regarding Bitcoin price growth.

While it previously predicted that Bitcoin would reach $1 million in 2030, it now expects to achieve that milestone sooner.

Fastest Bitcoin Price $1 Million

Cathie Wood believes bitcoin has been “transformed” by the introduction of spot bitcoin ETFs in the US.

In front of a mainstream media audience, Wood speaks of her tremendous confidence in the future of digital currency. Given the ETF's tremendous momentum, it had to adjust those lofty expectations even higher.

ARK Invest previously focused on a $1 million Bitcoin price in 2030, but the timeline is now changing.

“This was a goal before the SEC gave us the green light, and in my view that was a huge milestone that allowed Bitcoin to travel through time,” Wood said. He also states that it is optimistic that large transfer firms such as Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch or Bank of America are not yet involved.

All platforms have not yet approved Bitcoin

“No platform has approved bitcoin yet, so all the price action we've seen has come before approval, which means we're just getting started,” Cathie Wood said.

Accordingly, it expects its previous $1 million Bitcoin price prediction to be very conservative. “Our goal now is even higher; “Much higher, and with our new expectations for institutional involvement, the price increases we have priced in for institutional involvement have more than doubled,” the very optimistic Wood said.

By the way, she did not want to share what exactly ARK Invest expects the price of Bitcoin in the coming years. For now, another amazing week could be ahead for the Bitcoin price.
