Finnish company UPM has acquired Grafityp, a Bosman family company specialising in self-adhesive industrial films. “This acquisition will accelerate our growth ambitions,” says Herman Bosman.
Grafityp is a leading Limburg company known for producing films for graphic applications such as indoor and outdoor advertising, signage and vehicle wrapping. The owners, the Bosman family, have now entered into a takeover agreement with the Finnish company UPM Raflatac. This is part of UPM, a leading provider of self-adhesive paper and film products.
