Australian police have launched an intense search after four-year-old Cleo Smith suddenly disappeared while on a camping trip with her parents. When they woke up in the morning, the girl was gone. Neighbors are asked to look for a red sleeping bag.
At 1:30 in the morning, her parents interacted with her briefly. But when they woke up at 6 a.m. on Saturday, October 16, the girl was gone. Cleo Smith was on a trip with her parents and they were staying at the Blowholes camp site in Western Australia. It is said that the girl was only wearing pink pajamas when she disappeared.
Her disappearance has been described as “disturbing” and the police don’t want to leave anything to chance. All scenarios are on the table. It also looked like a kidnapping.
Neighbors are asked to look for Cleo’s red sleeping bag in their boxes and along the way. The police also stopped cars and convoys that wanted to leave the area.
Information about the disappearance of the girl was distributed to the police in a radius of about 1000 km. The police inspector added that conditions in the wild are difficult, but the current weather will allow them to survive.
