“Meanwhile, we’ve been together for a long time,” says Elle UK. “Sometimes we go out together, but we are generally very busy. So we like to stay home with both of us.” And the American actress admitted that she does not hate a party, but most of it “happens at her house.”
Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin, the lead singer of Coldplay, have actually been together for quite some time. The two have been dating since 2017. When they were first seen together on a date at a sushi restaurant in Los Angeles. After a three-year relationship, Johnson and Martin moved in together. They lived together at Chris Martin’s house in Malibu. The singer recently sold the house to buy another villa in the same area.

Martin was previously married to Gwyneth Paltrow. To this day, he is still very close with his ex-wife. The latter had already met Dakota. “Obviously they all get along very well,” a source told People. Gwyneth Paltrow herself has also spoken about her relationship with the actress in the past. In January 2020, she said the following in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar: “I really like her,” it sounded excited at the time.
Whether Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin are planning to take the next step in the future is and remains a big question mark. Previously, there were rumors that the couple was engaged. Don Johnson, the actress’ father, did not want to comment further. During a conversation with Good Day New York, Don replied, “I’m not thinking after the next seven or eight seconds. But if she’s happy, then I am. Chris is also just a very nice guy.”
