TVOn Monday, Koen Buyse van Zornik took center stage on “Love for music” and so the guitars were taken out. This must be taken literally. Camille played a piece of guitar himself for the first time. Susan and Frick replaced the guitars with a quieter rhythm.
Camille allowed himself to completely go to the song “Hey Girl” and played the guitar track for the first time. “I learned to play guitar especially for this song,” the singer explained. In addition, Camille also asked other artists if they wanted to sign her guitar.
Davina Michele chose the “Its So Unreal” clapping instrument that ensured the band achieved a major breakthrough. “I learned from this that you have to build your own party and not listen to what other people have to say,” Davina says. And so he said, done. Davina smashed the room and not only made the stage, but also made the seat unsafe.
2 Fabiola’s Pat Krimson and Loredana also made a big surprise with their version of “Believe In Me.” What seems to have started as an audio version is suddenly transforming completely differently…
Susan and Frick replaced the guitars and drums with an acoustic version of “Scared Of Yourself” that really influenced Koen. “I wrote this song when I wasn’t a happy person. There’s usually tension in it, but you made it something hopeful!” Quinn replied.
Henry Ozark gave the song “Enemy” a much deeper meaning according to Quinn: “You made me very aware today, just the way you did it. I don’t think I’ll sing the same song again.”
Margaret Hermans was the only one who dived into Quinn’s own repertoire of her choice of songs. She turned the song “My Love” into a fragile song in Dutch called “Zeg Het Mij”. A version that makes Quinn and the other artists completely silent. Quinn replies, “I didn’t know I wrote such a beautiful song.”
