The homeland of Ben Narcisse is Romania, but he was soon adopted by British parents and already spent his entire childhood in the UK. The man eventually adopted the influences of the city of London in which he grew up and actually spent his entire adult life, which he now carves out in the form of music. “Appocalypse” is the first song we hear from his solo project and from the first listen you can hear a lot of potential.
The debut lasts less than three minutes, but soon we’re totally in the groove. Exquisite guitar line with dirty vocals creates a unique atmosphere. Human criticism of technology adoption does not seem to happen in this way. All we want to do is put our legs to work to get the moves going and join the music. Barlando Narcisse seems to get fiercer after a while, but the tune goes on for an entire song. The combination of the two makes his solo debut unique and we hope to hear more of this type of music after “Appocalypse”.
