Daley Blind will not go to Antwerp, but to Bayern Munich. The 32-year-old Dutchman signs a contract until the end of the season. After a hectic Thursday, the official confirmation came in the evening.

Blind’s contract with Ajax has recently been terminated. The international player 99 times played with Orange in the Qatar World Cup.
“I can’t wait to play here,” Blind told Bayern’s website. “We are now facing the most important part of the season, which is about titles – and a club like Bayern Munich can win any title. The thirst for titles here at the club was decisive in my decision. I hope that I can use my experience to help the team and I will give everything for Bayern.”
“We are delighted that Dali has joined our team,” said Bayern coach Hasan Salihamidzic. “Daly is a versatile defender who can play left and centre. He has extensive international experience and leadership qualities. I am sure he will help us.”
The blind will join the training camp in Doha (Qatar) on Friday.
