The car collided during a Christmas parade in Wisconsin on Sunday evening. Dozens of people have been affected, including at least 12 children, according to police and emergency services Defender Killed five more.
The incident took place at 4:39 pm local time during a Christmas parade in Waukesha, Milwaukee. It is unknown at this time what caused the fire. The red SUV, however, reportedly went through the roadblock and went at high speed. According to witnesses, members of the brass band and young dancers hit the group, after which the driver continued to drive.
Eyewitnesses talked about dozens of people lying on the ground. Emergency services rushed to the scene. Some media outlets reported the shootings, but police said they were shot by an officer who tried to stop the vehicle. No one nearby was attacked.

At a news conference, he said dozens of people had been beaten, including children, and that there were “some deaths.” The exact number has not yet been released, however Defender Forty people were injured and five were reported dead. At least 28 injured people are being treated after the incident, according to local hospitals CNN. The Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee says it treats 15 patients in Wisconsin. Aurora Medical Center-Summit claims to be treating 13 patients, 3 of whom are in critical condition, 4 in critical condition and 6 in reasonable condition.
Earlier, fire chief Steven Howard revealed that 12 children and 11 adults had been taken to different hospitals.

Waukesha School District Board Member Cory Monteiho said Milwaukee Journal Sentinel That his daughter’s dance troupe was attacked. “Luxury and shoes are hot chocolate everywhere. I had to move from one wrecked body to another to find my daughter. My wife and two daughters were almost assaulted, “he said.” My family is safe, but many are not safe. The Milwaukee High Diocese said one of the injured was a Catholic priest, “Catholic school children from Waukesha” and “several parishioners.”
