After defeating Italy in the first division, England secured participation in next year’s European Championship in Germany. Harry Kane (2x) and Marcus Rashford scored at Wembley, thanks to in-form Jude Bellingham.
One point was enough for the English to reach Euro 2024. Scamaka thought he could put an end to that. From close range he gave Italy the lead at Wembley Stadium.
Bellingham’s signal for the start of a new semester. First he forced a penalty kick, which Kane converted to make it 1-1.
Then the Real Madrid player set up the ball for Rashford with a smart pass. The United player got the assist with verve: 2-1.
In the last fifteen minutes, Kane scored again for the English: 3-1.
Next summer, England will participate in the European Championship finals for the eleventh time.
Defending champion Italy will have to deal with Ukraine to qualify. On the final day of the match they face each other.
