Kasper Dolberg is in good form at Anderlecht. The Danish striker has scored in his last five league matches. Although there are still things that can be improved, says Nenad Jestrovic, the man who always and everywhere scored goals for the Purple & White.
Yestrović sees similarities between himself and Dolberg. Two men in front of the box. He said: “If I were his coach, I would tell him to stay in the penalty area. A lot of strikers don’t understand where they stand. Dolberg has the talent to smell opportunities.” LDH.
“You have to keep him close to the goal because he knows how to put the ball in the net even if it doesn’t go where you expect it to go. Remember Mattia Kezman? At PSV he almost always scored from the small penalty area. “He knew how to position himself and receive good passes. “Dolberg is himself, the king of the small penalty area.”
Yestrovic believes he needs to become more lethal. “He can’t hide the fact that he’s Scandinavian,” Yastrovic smiles. “He’s calm, cold at times. That’s one of his strengths. I was a real striker in the Balkans. I was willing to do everything to score and win. Dolberg has to show he wants it.”
