Do you regularly have overweight or obese patients in your consultation hours? It’s a big chance! This is now inevitable because more than 50% of the Dutch population is overweight.
During this pub quiz, two GPs and a chronic care practice consultant discuss the causes and consequences of obesity, how something can be done about the condition together and who is responsible for it.
Through quiz questions, speakers provide insight into the disease and a potential networking approach to treatment. They offer practical tools based on the new guideline ‘Adult Overweight and Obesity’ for patient engagement and applicable (re)active active conversation techniques in the consulting room.
Participate individually or as a team and compete for the title The largest obesity taster in the Netherlands.
