Famous PeopleIt was announced Wednesday that Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss, an American DJ who provided music on The Ellen DeGeneres talk show, has passed away at the age of 40. According to TMZ, he was going to take his own life. Hence, quite a few celebrities were clearly shaken by his untimely death.
It’s Ellen DeGeneres’ emotional post that’s especially heartbreaking. The presenter worked for years with Boss, who was the DJ on her show. “My heart is broken,” she wrote. “He was like family to me and I loved him so much. I will miss him. Many blessings to the family.” Elaine finally posted a photo with the text showing how she and the president hug each other.
Former First Lady Michelle Obama also commented on the news. She was often a guest on “Ellen’s Show” and got to know Boss very well that way. She wrote on Instagram along with a photo of him and his family: “Steven was such a friendly and positive guy. He always made people feel good about him. And every time he was behind the DJ table, he made us dance.”

Jennifer Lopez and Justin Timberlake also took the time to share their grief. “He was such a beautiful soul,” JLo wrote. Timberlake – who has been friends with Boss for 20 years – wrote: “He brought so much joy to a room, but behind closed doors he felt really bad.” There are also many supporting statements from the world of dance. The president’s co-workers from “So You Think You Can Dance” reacted in shock, among other things. But dancer JoJo Siwa also gives up the loss.
Ninth wedding anniversary
Los Angeles Police Department received a call about hearing gunshots in a hotel. Once on the scene, Bose’s body is found with what appears to be a gunshot wound.
Boss started out as a DJ on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” in 2014 and continued until the end of the show in May of this year. As of 2020, he has also served as an executive producer for the talk show. In 2008, Boss hit his breakthrough when he placed number two on the US dance show “So You Think You Can Dance”. Later he acted in movies like Step Up and Magic Mike XXL. The American has been married to Alison Holker since 2013 and celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary last Saturday. Together they have three children.
