The incident occurred on the Justice League group. Gal Gadot, who plays Wonder Woman, is said to have made a comment about some of the new dialogues written by director Joss Whedon, after which the director threatened that it would ruin her career.
“When that happened, I immediately took action,” Gadot told ELLE. “I must say the bosses at Warner Bros. have sorted it out. I have a strong sense of justice. So when I was told this, I was dizzy because I didn’t believe it. And if he said something to me like that, he does it to a lot of other people. I just did. What I thought I should do. This was telling people it wasn’t OK.”

“If I were a man, I would have done the same, I believe,” Gadot adds. “Would he have said the same to me if I were a man? I don’t know. We’ll never know. But I was so shocked by the way he spoke to me. But it’s over.”
Whedon has been under serious fire over the past year. Not only has Gadot criticized him, but former Buffy, The Vampire Slayer actors have also spoken out about his abuse of power. “He was mean and biting, downright belittled and had his favorites. He pitted people against each other to compete for and approve of his attention. He kept attacking me, laughing at my faith and accusing me of ruining the show,” said Charisma Carpenter, who played Cordelia Chase.
