41-year-old Hajar Hajji will be the senior director of the Dutch budget chain Action. She was already a commercial manager, but early in her career she joined Action as a store and teller at the age of 17. After several management positions, she became a board member in 2011. In the coming years, Hajji wants to focus primarily on sustainability and digital growth.
