He really wanted to sell it, but now Prince Andrew has only pushed his Swiss chalet: ‘The war is over’ | Property

PropertyPrince Andrew, 61, has finally paid off debts he still owed to buy a chalet in Switzerland. The former owner told the British newspaper “Daily Mail” that the son of Queen Elizabeth (95 years) had transferred the money. It looks like the war is over. A few days ago, it was announced that Andrew wanted to sell the chalet to pay legal costs.

What exactly is accused Prince Andrew? Watch it in this video:

The woman sued Andrew two years ago because he had not yet paid a portion of the purchase price. The prince bought the seven-bedroom holiday home, an indoor pool and sauna in 2014 for €21 million. Then he chose to pay the amount in installments.

However, the last £5 million (nearly €6 million) was not transferred, after which legal action was taken. According to the Daily Mail, Andrew and the former owner have now reached a £6.6m (€7.9m) settlement.

It was announced last week that Andrew will now put the house on the market himself in order to pay his lawyers. The prince is currently in the middle of a lawsuit with Virginia Joffrey, who is accusing him of sexual assault.
