Hot Chips 34 will be launched on August 21, 2022. The program for this annual exhibition has now been announced, which indicates that AMD, Intel and Nvidia will be discussed. While there are already announced products primarily on the schedule, it appears that Intel will reveal more details about future generations of Core processors.
For example, the event website states that Team Blue will share more information about Meteor Lake and Arrow Lake on August 23. Both generations use Foveros stacking technology, which will be discussed during this session. Lake Meteor is expected to arrive in the first half of 2023, while Lake Arrow will hit the market in 2024.
Intel wants to integrate different production processes into future generations of processors.
Meteor Lake will be the 14th generation Intel Core processors, which for the first time will consist of different chipsets. At the beginning of this month, the manufacturer announced that it had already acquired a prototype that works in Windows, Linux, and Chrome OS. In addition, several chips were shown during the VisiON event a few weeks ago, during which different tiles could be seen.
