MovieChristian Bale, 48, played Batman in Christopher Nolan’s films “Batman Begins”, “The Dark Knight” and “The Dark Knight Rises”. Over the years, the actor has become the most beloved action hero in the trilogy. In an interview with Screenrant, Bill admitted that he wanted to return as Batman. On one condition: when Christopher Nolan (51) returns to the director’s chair.
Ben Affleck, George Clooney and Michael Keaton, the 48-year-old actor, previously played Batman. We recently saw ex-“Twilight” actor Robert Pattinson playing Gotham’s superhero in “Batman.” But from 2005 to 2012, Christian Bale starred in the Christopher Nolan trilogy. After three amazing renditions, he gave up and made it clear that this famous role would be a thing of the past.
For years, Bell insisted that a comeback would never happen. Until now. The British “Screenrant” actor reveals there’s a chance he’ll reprise his role as Batman, but only if Christopher Nolan returns to direct. If Christopher Nolan ever said, ‘You know what, I have another story to tell about Batman. “And if he wants to tell that story with me, I’ll participate anyway.”
This isn’t the first time Bill and Nolan have discussed Batman’s future. “The plan was always to make some movies in this universe. We said to each other, ‘Let’s make three movies and keep it that way. We won’t hang out for long.'”
For now, Bill is no longer in the role of Batman, but we’ll have to make do with his portrayal of the villain “Gorr the God Butcher” in another superhero movie: Thor: Love and Thunder. The movie is currently in theaters.
