Robert F. Kennedy Jr., cousin of former US President John F. Kennedy, has officially begun his campaign to run for the White House. At the beginning of this month, he announced that he would run for the Democrats against incumbent President Joe Biden.
Kennedy launched his campaign at an event in a Boston hotel. “I am here today to announce my candidacy for the Democratic nomination for President of the United States,” he said. My mission is to end the corrupt merger of power between the state and corporations. They threaten to impose a new kind of feudal order on our country.
antivaxir
Kennedy, 69, is a known anti-vaxxer. He has already been criticized for spreading false information about the Corona vaccine.
Kennedy is the second challenger in the Democratic Party to incumbent President Joe Biden. At the beginning of May, 70-year-old author Marian Wilson announced her candidacy.
little chance
Biden himself has already indicated that he is looking forward to a second term in office, but there has been no official announcement yet. The chances of any of his current rivals being elected as the Democratic presidential candidate are slim.
The Republicans already have four presidential candidates. They include Donald Trump, former UN ambassador Nikki Haley, businessman Vivek Ramaswamy and former Arkansas governor Asa Hutchinson.
