Judge restores vaccine obligation to large US companies

The move can now be challenged in the Federal Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Earlier this month, the Supreme Court refused to overturn a lancing requirement imposed on health workers in New York, despite a majority of Conservative judges. President Biden wants to use the program to increase vaccine coverage, which is 72 percent of adults in the United States.
