The influencer, who appeared on the talent show on Sunday, sang Lady Gaga's “Million Reasons” and managed to impress the three judges. “i did it“, he responds enthusiastically on Instagram
Even before his audition began, Ziggy had already moved the “American Idol” judges — made up of Lionel Richie, Katy Perry and Luke Bryan — with his story. “I'm not very popular in the Netherlands. They think I can't do anything,” he said. “I came to America to show the world what I have to offer.” He then sang Lady Gaga's emotional song “Million Reasons” and received a standing ovation from the trio.
“I found it very scary,” the influencer said of his test. Although he received nothing but praise from the judges. “There are people who say bad things about you and it probably had a big impact on you. I have a feeling that you just have to show your true colors,” Katy Perry said. You have to sing from your heart.” Lionel Richie agreed: “God has given you a gift. I want people in America and Holland to know who you really are.” Luke Bryan described the performance as “one of the best performances of the day. Thank you for coming and singing so well.” With three yeses, Ziggy will advance to the next round.i did it“, responds the proud singer on Instagram. “I'm overwhelmed by all the kind responses I've received.
