Lara Croft from Tomb Raider is on her way to Dead by Daylight

If there’s one thing Lara Croft is good at, it’s staying alive. You’ll soon be able to do that in Dead by Daylight.

Dead by Daylight developer Behavior Interactive has done just that Via their website Announced that iconic Tomb Raider character Lara Croft is coming to Dead by Daylight as a survivor. As if she didn’t have enough to deal with already. Because Lara Croft can survive.

“Brave and resourceful, Lara Croft has faced life-threatening expeditions, amassed battle scars and adrenaline-filled memories. Whether facing the dangers of the supernatural or nature’s extremes, Lara proves herself to be among the game’s most formidable—and honorable—heroes.”

However, in Dead by Daylight, Lara Croft will face new enemies. Instead of searching for rare items in the tomb, you encounter deadly monsters.

The Lara Croft character that we will see in Dead by Daylight comes from the latest Tomb Raider trilogy, the first game from 2013 to be precise. In that game she starts out as an innocent woman, though she will have to quickly distance herself from that in order to survive in Dead by Daylight.

Lara will be coming to the game on July 16, though some beta testers can already get her hands on her via Steam.
