Liverpool have already gone through an eventful transfer period. It has seen some players leave and Mohamed Salah is now also a transfer-link. The Belgian could become his successor.
Mohamed Salah has been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia in recent days. The federation would like to offer him a three-year contract in which Salah could get 200 million euros. But Jurgen Klopp has already denied these rumours.
“Mo Salah is a Liverpool player and central to everything we do. If anything happens the answer is simply no. He’s not for sale. Mo is 100 per cent committed to Liverpool so there’s nothing to discuss.”
If Salah left anyway in reds Then the Belgian could become his successor. According to Akram Connor, Liverpool are considering Benson Manuel from Burnley. However, there are obstacles to this transfer.
Benson extended his contract with Burnley until mid-2027 only at the beginning of August, and coach Vincent Kompany’s club will ask for about 25 million euros to sign him.
