celebrities65 million euros. This is what Rod Stewart (78) requires for his home in Beverly Hills. The singer has lived in the impressive field for no less than 30 years.
The European-style villa was designed for him in the 1990s by famed architect Richard Landry, who also designed the homes of Mark Wahlberg and (now ex-couple) Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen at the time. In addition to a separate guest house, the expansive grounds feature a built-in barbecue, the obligatory swimming pool and even a soccer field. In front of the main entrance with columns, there is a huge fountain that attracts attention.
The London-born rocker moved back to England permanently in 2016 with his third wife Penny Lancaster (52, photo) and their two sons Alister (17) and Aiden (12). The family lives in Essex, just outside London. Boys go to school nearby. Rod owns a “country home” in the United States, mainly in Palm Beach, Florida. According to close people, he is fully engaged in the settlement of his property. He is also in talks to sell his music catalog.
With the sale of this villa, Stewart is making some serious profits: at one time he bought the land for 11 million euros, and now he is selling it for another 55 million.
The house has thirteen bedrooms and no fewer than nineteen bathrooms, two of which are entirely marble. Other highlights of the house include a speak Easy Bar, wine cellar, several garages for cars and motorbikes, full kitchen outside.
Whoever buys this giant villa will also be a neighbor to stars like Justin Bieber, The Rock, Adele, and Denzel Washington. They also live in Beverly Park, one of the most expensive gated communities in Beverly Hills.
In addition to the large pool, built-in braai and giant fireplace, Stewart also had a soccer field built on the huge field.
